Next is a chest stretch for the pec muscles which can tighten and cause pain when we are hunched over all day. Next, for the hips, knees, and feet are seated hip flexion, seated knee extension or LAQs, and seated heel and toe raises. These are great to keep the blood flowing in the lower legs. Finally is a deep breathing exercise with arm movements. This is great to get your whole body moving and awake again. A 17-year-old died after a basketball backboard structure in Bedok fell on him on Monday (July 26) night. The police said they were called at about 8.45pm and found the injured teen next to the fallen structure near Block 18 Bedok South Road. LeBron James fired off a tweet after Columbus Ohio Police shot and killed a knife wielding suspect, who was a black, teenage, girl who was involved in a brawl on her driveway. LeBron James threatened the Police Officer who shot the girl on Twitter, even after body cam footage was released that appears to vindicate the actions of the Police Officer. LeBron James deleted the tweet, saying" it was being used to create more hate". Monty says LeBron James owes this officer and the community an apology. The LA Lakers are getting Anthony Davis back tonight in Dallas against the Mavs. Can Anthony Davis resurrect the Los Angeles Lakers dominance in the NBA Western Conference? The Houston Rockets had an embarrassing and dangerous situation outside of a strip club in Miami. Rockets Guard Sterling Brown was severely beaten outside a Miami, Florida strip club after the Rockets played the Heat on Sunday Night. Fellow Houston Rocket Kevin Porter Jr. was also involved in the incident, and Porter Jr was then suspended for violating the NBA's Covid protocol. The guys have one question, how was this even possible?
