Rovers who had their chances throughout the match fell behind to Temu Pukki who scored close range for the Caneries. Rovers dug deep in the second half and managed to get back in the game via Harvey Elliott who scored a cracking solo effort too give Rovers hope. However those defensive mistakes proved critical and an error from Darragh Lenihan gave Norwich the prime opportunity to take the lead and they accepted via Pukki again with the winner.
