Mehidy Hasan Miraz and Taijul Islam picked up 4 wickets apiece. Bangladesh in reply were blown away for 150 with Kuldeep Yadav picking up 5 wickets and Mohammad Siraj picking up 3 wickets. This is where Bangladesh lost the plot as they ended up conceding a massive 254-run lead to India. On Thursday hosts Bangladesh will take on India in the final Test of the two-match series in Dhaka. This is a must-win game for Bangladesh as a loss will hand them a series defeat. India suffered a massive blow with Rohit Sharma being ruled out of the Test due to thumb injury. However the likes of Shubman Gill Cheteshwar Pujara and Virat Kohli are pretty much capable of guiding the visitors with their stoic batsmanship. Their bowling was clinical in the first Test as the spinners especially Kuldeep Yadav and Axar Patel wreaked havoc in the Tigers' camp dismissing them twice in the game.
