LA Rams vs Seattle Seahawks Analysis | Fantasy Football Fallout
LA Rams vs Seattle Seahawks Analysis | Fantasy Football Fallout

The LA Rams visited the Seattle Seahawks in a fantastic Thursday Night Football matchup. Todd Gurley had a lackluster fantasy football performance, though he did add two touchdowns. Jared Goff threw too many passes, but Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods continue to excel. Is Russel Wilson the MVP? He's playing like it. Chris Carson returned to form and DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett found the end zone. Will Dissly continues to be a red zone beast. What's going on with TE Gerald Everett? Is he worth a pickup? Should we sell on Brandin Cooks and Rashaad Penny? Like what you heard? NORTHERN ARIZONA 52, EASTERN WASHINGTON 30 - The last two seasons, Eastern Washington has dominated Big Sky football, beating every team but one on their schedule. That "but" has been the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks, who beat the Eagles 28-27 in Flagstaff in 2014. Eastern Washington hosted the Lumberjacks Saturday with revenge on their mind, but Northern Arizona upset the Eagles again, earning a 52-30 wire-to-wire win at Roos Field in Washington. Northern Arizona forced four turnovers, including a pick-six interception return by Marcus Alford in the third quarter, which made the difference in the game. NAU's Casey Jahn rushed for two early touchdowns, giving the Lumberjacks a 14-0 lead with 10:23 to go in the second quarter. Eastern Washington's Cooper Kupp responded with a touchdown catch, moving to 55 career touchdown catches, as the Eagles trailed 14-7 at halftime. However, Northern Arizona's Corbin Jountti rushed for three second-half touchdowns to put the game away for the Lumberjacks. NAU rushed for 160 yards in the win, and converted 13-of-19 third-downs. Eastern Washington loses in November for the first time since 2008, and the first time at home since Portland State beats the Eagles in 2011. EASTERN WASHINGTON 14, WEBER STATE 13 - A 10-0 Weber State first quarter lead didn't hold up for the Wildcats, as Eastern Washington used two Cooper Kupp touchdowns to propel to a narrow win at home. Kupp inched closer to catching the FCS receiving touchdown record set by New Hampshire's David Ball, as he caught touchdowns of 40 and 4 yards from Jordan West. The first, a 40-yard score, gave Eastern Washington its first points, as the Eagles trailed Weber State 10-7. The Wildcats opened up a 10-0 lead in the first quarter, as a six-yard run by Chad Leckington and a field goal by Josh Kealamakia gave Weber a two-score lead. Weber State held a 13-7 halftime lead, but Kupp scored his second touchdown with 8:53 to go in the third quarter. The touchdown would be the only score of the second half. Eastern Washington had a season-low 189 yards. Weber State finished with 412 yards. Video courtesy of ROOT SPORTS.
