A 22-yard (20-meter) pitch has a wicket at each end, two bails balanced on three stumps. The batting side scores runs by striking the ball bowled at the wicket with the bat (and running between the wickets). In contrast, the bowling and fielding side tries to prevent this (by preventing the ball from leaving the field and getting the ball to either wicket) and dismiss each batter (so they are "out"). Means of dismissal include bowling when the ball hits the stumps and dislodges the bails. The innings ended when ten batters were dismissed, and the teams swapped roles. The game is adjudicated by two umpires, aided by a third umpire and match referee in international matches. Forms of cricket range from Twenty20, with each team batting for a single inning of 20 overs, to Test matches played over five days. Traditionally, cricketers play in an all-white kit, but they wear club or team colors in limited-overs cricket. In addition to the basic equipment, some players wear protective gear to prevent injury caused by the ball. It wasn't too long ago that Rajasthan Royals were riding high at the top of the table looking like the team to beat. But with just one win in the last five matches their campaign is in danger of going off the rails. Their latest defeat at the hands of table-toppers. Gujarat Titans was a real low point and they will be desperate to bounce back quickly. Speaking of low points Sunrisers have had plenty of them this season and are in a situation where every game is a must-win contest if they are to dream of making the playoffs. So it's two teams who need a win very badly today. Samson finishes it off in style as Rajasthan Royals post a mammoth total on the board. RR have put 214/2 at the end of their allotted 20 overs and it was the top three batters who did the bulk of the job for the home side. Earlier in the evening Rajasthan Royals won the toss and decided to bat first. Yashasvi Jaiswal again gave the team a flying start and his partner in crime Jos Buttler was very watchful during the partnership of 54 runs. Jaiswal (35 off 18) was out in the 5th over as Marco Jansen used his height effectively. Then Sanju Samson joined hands with Buttler and scored briskly. Both added 138 runs for the second wicket and kept SRH bowlers at bay. After a string of low scores the English wicket-keeper batter announced himself back and hammered 10 fours and 4 sixes in his knock of 95 from 59 balls. He was trapped infront by Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the penultimate over and made sure that Jos the Boss didn't get to the three figures. Samson was unbeaten at 66 off 38 balls which included 4 fours and 5 sixes helping the side go well past the magical 200-run mark. Shimron Hetmyer was not out at the other end scoring 7 off 5 balls. Sunrisers' bowlers didn't have a great day at the office and were on the receiving end of the big partnership between Samson and Buttler. There is some turn on offer and it is not that easy for a new batter. The chase will be a trickier one for the visiting Hyderabad side. Sunrisers Hyderabad (Playing XI): Abhishek Sharma Rahul Tripathi Aiden Markram(c) Heinrich Klaasen(w) Glenn Phillips Abdul Samad Marco Jansen Vivrant Sharma Mayank Markande Bhuvneshwar Kumar T Natarajan. Sunrisers Hyderabad Subs: Harry Brook Anmolpreet Singh Mayank Dagar Nitish Reddy Sanvir Singh. Rajasthan Royals (Playing XI): Yashasvi Jaiswal Jos Buttler Sanju Samson(w/c) Joe Root Dhruv Jurel Shimron Hetmyer Ravichandran Ashwin Murugan Ashwin Sandeep Sharma Kuldip Yadav Yuzvendra Chahal. Rajasthan Royals Subs: Devdutt Padikkal Adam Zampa Riyan Parag Jason Holder Obed McCoy. Jos Buttler (Rajasthan Royals): "Yeah I think I always want to start fast and get the strike rate up have not been feeling it in the last few games took a little bit of time to feel myself in. I think that's something I've learnt to soak up the pressure sometimes and catch up later the younger version of myself always wanted to hit it out of the park and I still want to but the experience helps. He is batting well throughout the season and getting off to fast starts and I'm able to sometimes tuck in behind him he's been batting that well" Audio Content Disclaimer For This Content This is self-created content and not copied content. IPL 2023 Match 39 Kolkata Knight Riders vs Gujarat Titans Live This Match Will be Played at Eden Gardens Kolkata on 29th April 2023 This Match Will Start at 3.30pm From Indian Standard time. The match will be played at the iconic Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata on Saturday 29th April at 3:30 PM IST. Team Preview Kolkata Knight Riders: have played eight matches in the tournament so far. They have managed to win three of these matches and are currently at number seven in the points table. After a relatively good start in the tournament KKR lost their way as they lost four matches on the bounce. But they have returned back to winning ways with a victory against RCB in the last match. The 'Purple Army' will be looking to ride on the winning momentum that they have and win against GT on their home turf picking up two valuable points. Mentionable in the last meeting with GT Rinku Singh pulled off an improbable heist for the team hitting five sixes in the last over to take them across the line. Nitish Rana and company will be keen to repeat the antics in this match also. Team Preview Gujarat Titans: The defending champions have been consistent in their campaign this year. They have played seven matches in the tournament and managed to win five. Currently they are at number two in the points table and will be looking to maintain their position in the top half of the table with a win in this match. Hardik Pandya and his men will be mindful of the way they lost the match this time. They will try and avoid any late slip in this match and pick up two important points. In their last match against Mumbai Indians the Titans practically batted their opponents out of the match. They posted a stellar total of 207 runs on the board while batting first and then restricted the five-time champions to 152 for 9 in 20 overs. They will look to maintain this momentum and pick up another win on the bounce. Kolkata Knight Riders Shardul Thakur bowled an extended spell and also batted during practice before the game in Bengaluru but did not play the game as he was still recovering from a niggle. and is likely to replace Vaibhav Arora unless KKR opt to leave out Umesh who has been bagged only one wicket and has an economy of close to 10. Tactics & match-ups: Shardul could prove an effective option against Shubman Gill having dismissed him twice and conceding only 36 runs off 32 balls against the GT opener. Narine has dismissed Wriddhiman Saha four times and could be used early by KKR when they are bowling. Gujarat Titans: The Hardik Pandya-led team are likely to stick to the same combination that won them the last two matches. Tactics & match-ups: Andre Russell averages only 3.67 against Rashid Khan with a strike rate of 61.11 and has been dismissed three times by the Afghanistan legspinner. GT are likely to focus on this match-up and turn to Pandya who has dismissed Nitish Rana twice. Did you know: Hardik Pandya has scored 366 runs in 11 innings against KKR averaging 61 with a strike rate of 173.46. He has also picked up 11 wickets against them at an average of 14.45 with an economy of 6.91. Sunil Narine has bowled 1442 dot deliveries in the IPL. He needs 11 more to overtake R Ashwin who is currently in the second spot. Bhuvneshwar Kumar (1473) has bowled the most number of dot balls. What to expect: As many as four 200-plus totals have been scored in only six innings at the Eden Gardens so far with 222 being the average first innings total. The team batting first has won each of the three matches but those were all evening games and it remains to be seen if the conditions differ for the afternoon match. The home team will look to get their campaign back on track while the away side will be desperate for their second win of the season. A poor delivery and rightly punished! Washington Sundar darts this full and down the leg side David Warner goes down and sweeps it over short fine leg for a boundary. Hyderabad have suffered from inconsistency so far. They have had some good moments here and there but haven't managed to get the best out of all the departments at the same time. Aiden Markram will be hoping that his boys put their best foot forward in this one. Harry Brook will be looking to add to his tally of runs but he will need support from others and they need to avoid losing wickets in clumps. They have a good bowling attack with the raw pace of Umran Malik and the swing of Marco Jansen and Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Delhi on the other hand finally managed to get their first win of the season in their last game but they almost made a mess of it in the end. However the win should give them a bit more confidence to express themselves on the field. David Warner has consistently scored runs for them without getting any support except from Axar Patel who has been their best all-round player. They will need a lot more from Mitchell Marsh and Prithvi Shaw while Anrich Nortje has been decent in the bowling department along with Kuldeep Yadav. Bhuvneshwar Kumar draws first blood! Salt goes back for a golden duck. Kumar lands this on a hard length and around off shaping away sharply Philip Salt looks to guide it towards third man but only manages to get a thin outside edge towards the keeper where Heinrich Klaasen pouches it safely. There is a muted appeal for the catch as nobody is sure but up goes the finger and the Hyderabad players are delighted. Delhi lose their first wicket! Marsh greets Marco Jansen with a boundary! Jansen begins with a full delivery on leg Marsh stays there and flicks it over mid-wicket for a boundary. Two in two! This is full again but on the pads Marsh glances it towards the fine leg fence for another boundary. Up and over! Jansen lands this on a good length and around off Mitchell Marsh strides forward a bit and slices it over point for the third boundary of the over. Shot of the match so far! Marco Jansen serves this full and on off Mitchell Marsh leans on to his drive and creams it through covers for four more runs. Marsh is finding the middle of the bat here! Believe it or not this is the first six for Warner in this season! Sundar floats this up full and around middle and leg David Warner goes down on his knees again and slog-sweeps it way over the deep square leg fence for a biggie. T Natarajan serves this full and on middle Mitchell Marsh goes for the big drive but his bat turns in his hands when he connects. However luckily for him the ball goes in the air and wide of mid on for a boundary. T Natarajan strikes! He gets the big man Mitchell Marsh! This is a really good review from Hyderabad. T Natarajan bowls this on a good length around middle and leg nips away a bit Mitchell Marsh looks to work it away but misses and gets hit on the pads. There is a huge appeal for LBW but turned down as it looks like pitching down the leg side. However UltraEdge shows that no bat involved and Ball Tracking indicates three reds. Hyderabad players starts celebrating but Marsh will have make that long walk back after a good cameo. Audio Content Disclaimer For This Content This is self-created content and not copied content. IPL 2023 Match 29 Chennai Super Kings vs Sunrisers Hyderabad Live This Match Will be Played at MA Chidambaram Stadium Chennai on 21st April 2023 This Match Will Start at 7.30pm From Indian Standard time. CSK vs SRH IPL 2023 Match 29 Live Commentary By Sports Updates by Chandan. Follow us on Social Media. The atmosphere is expected to be electric as it always is when CSK take the field and with a talented team like Sunrisers Hyderabad looking to get better of home side we can expect a cracking contest. The MSD-led Chennai Super Kings have won three out of their five games so far and are playing well as a unit. They have a strong batting line-up and both of their openers have played some sparkling knocks with middle-order chipping in with valuable contributions too. However the most pleasing aspect for Dhoni and CSK fans would be the way their young bowling attack is improving with each passing game and we can expect CSK to put another strong performance on their home turf. Sunrisers Hyderabad on the other hand are a quality unit. They have some of the most talented young batters like Harry Brook Rahul Tripathi Aiden Markram in their ranks and have good depth in the bowling department too. However they can be put under pressure against quality spin attack and that is exactly what they need to aware of against CSK at Chepauk. They crumbled in a run-chase against MI in the last game and need to show much more application against MSD and company. Can they spoil CSK's party at Chepauk? Head-to-Head - Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad have faced each other 19 times in IPL before and CSK have a clear advantage over Orange Army with 14 wins. SRH have won only 5 games and would be looking to improve their record this season. What to expect: We have seen plenty of runs in the two games so far at this venue. However the surface used for the RR fixture did take some turn. Chennai Super Kings Team Watch: 24 hours ahead of the game Ben Stokes kept the groundmen on their toes by absolutely smashing it in the nets. He looks ready. But who can he potentially replace now? Devon Conway has been amongst the runs. CSK certainly need Matheesha Pathirana and Maheesh Theekshana. If the wicket is indeed quite flat Moeen Ali might make way. Else CSK could stick with the same combination. Chennai Super Kings Tactics & Matchups: CSK know how dangerous Harry Brook can be. But he has also struggled to score against spin in his maiden IPL season so far. A matchup against Theekshana in the powerplay could work in CSK's favour in order to remove the threat early. Sunrisers Hyderabad Team Watch: The surface might prompt a change or two. The Rajasthan Royals spin trio delivered at this venue in the last game. That might force SRH to go back to Adil Rashid or Akeal Hosein in place of Marco Jansen. Sunrisers Hyderabad Tactics & Matchups: Bhuvneshwar's powers may seem to be on the wane but he has a pretty good record against most of the CSK batters except for Dhoni. Washington's economy rate of 6.33 against left-handers over the last four years will favour the visitors as well against a left-heavy batting lineup. Did you know: - SRH's South African duo of Aiden Markram and Heinrich Klaasen average close to 40 with a strike rate over 140 in T20 cricket since 2022 - Ajinkya Rahane's powerplay strike rate of 222.22 is the best among all batters in this year's IPL (minimum 50 runs) Audio Content Disclaimer For This Content This is self-created content and not copied content. IPL 2023 Match 19 Kolkata Knight Riders vs Sunrisers Hyderabad Live This Match Will be Played at Eden Gardens Kolkata on 14th April 2023 This Match Will Start at 7.30pm From Indian Standard time. The iconic Eden Gardens Kolkata is all set to host the feast between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). Both teams are coming off a victory and will look to continue the winning momentum going. Head-to-Head (KKR vs SRH): In the 23 matches played between the two sides KKR are miles ahead of their counterparts winning 15 of them. Team Preview (Sunrisers Hyderabad): After being unable to find a win in the first two matches SRH bounced back strongly to submerge the high-flying Punjab Kings in what was a relatively one-sided contest if you take away Shikhar Dhawan's masterclass 99 not out. While the swing bowlers Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Marco Jansen set up the match very nicely by dismantling the PBKS top order the leggie Mayank Agarwal decimated the middle and lower order to push PBKS to a suicidal batting performance amidst Dhawan's fightback. It was another failure for the expensive buy Harry Brook and so with the Bengaluru-born Mayank Agarwal who is yet to perform to his potential. But Rahul Tripathi made sure that there were no further hiccups in the run chase with an unbeaten half-century alongside his skipper Aiden Markram who played a brisk innings to get their first points of the season. There are a few players like Glenn Phillips and Akeal Hosein in the waiting room if SRH management needs some changes in the line-up with Brook failing all ends up. One more notable mention is that Washington Sundar hasn't been at his best this edition so far and he can be assured of his place since he has been a consistent servant of the game in the past. Overall the Orange Army will be steaming in to keep the winning momentum going with all members of the squad looking like match winners in their own rights. Team Preview (Kolkata Knight Riders): Rinku Singh has become a household name after his unbelievable finishing against Gujarat Titans to lift his side to victory from the jaws of defeat smashing Yash Dayal for five sixes in the final five deliveries needing 28 to win. KKR will definitely be overwhelmed after this victory and will be high on confidence moving further in the competition. The Kolkata-based franchise has played three matches so far and has won the last two encounters. While they bombarded RCB in Bengaluru the Nitish Rana-led side somehow managed to cross the victory line against GT in the previous match to create an unbeaten streak of two games after losing a close game against PBKS. Andre Russell has failed to stay long enough on the pitch which is the biggest headache of the franchise. While Narayan Jagadeesan who replaced the ineffective Mandeep Singh in the XI couldn't perform to his potential Rahmanullah Gurbaz Venkatesh Iyer and Rinku Singh have been the batting wonders. At the same time the skipper Rana hasn't been standout with the bat. KKR's pace bowlers have yet to hit the IPL going but their spinners in Suyash Sharma Sunil Narine and Varun Chakravarthy have been impressive. Litton Das has joined the squad and will be available for selection but whether the team management is going to tinker with the winning XI is a thing to watch out for. What to expect: The one game in Kolkata so far was all about RCB's capitulation against spin. However the surface is perhaps the best-suited one for pace in the country particularly in the first half and even the spinners have been known to hurry the batsmen. Expect a high-scoring encounter barring a googly-collapse like last time. Audio Content Disclaimer For This Content This is self-created content and not copied content. सेमीफाइनल मे बेईमानी करके जीता इंग्लैंड तो भड़के Sachin,Sehwag,Dhoni ने ICC से करी बड़ी मांग,Rohit खुश #indiavsengland #rohitsharma #viratkohli #suryakumaryadav #josbuttler #sachintendulkar #virendersehwag #msdhoni ABOUT CRICKET NEWS: Friends India and England are arch rival teams but friends got to see such a match between both the teams in the semi-final match of ICC T20 World Cup. On one hand it seemed that this is not team India but some small team like Ireland and Netherlands which is playing against England because here India batted even though India scored one hundred and sixty eight runs in twenty overs of Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya. He was rooted for his half-century innings. But here, when the England team came out in response to the target of one hundred and seventy nine runs, not a single bowler was successful in taking a wicket. Actually friends, where Bhuvneshwar Kumar gets twenty-five runs in two overs, where Arshad Deep Singh was also going to be behind. All of them got fifteen thirty forty nine twenty seven runs and defeated the Indian team here, so friends, such simple bowling has not been found to be seen from India's side till date. But friends, there was such an incident in this match in which everyone's breath was kept on hold. Actually, when playing on the field, it was a different cell in style, but here it would have been out but due to a foul on the umpire, the match was completely overturned. Actually this happened on the third ball of fourteen overs when Shami was at the wrath of his bowling and he just kept the England team trapped. But friends go ahead and try to make a big shot in the meantime. Rishabh Pant also loses wickets but friends are found to be family. However, after that it is revealed that they were far out. Had he gone to the ground umpire, the result might have been different and the match turned upside down. But the same foul was not found to be seen in a match. After which the whole country was seen raging on the legendary England from all over the world and friends also reprimanded the umpire during this time. So let us tell you what the legends of India finally said. Friends, Indian legend Irfan Pathan says that we are proud of our team that we never win the match by being dishonest or by any kind of cleverness. If you want to win the match then play the game with all your sincerity and you will be able to enjoy that victory. England's team may have won but it did not rule the hearts of the people, so by talking about the same thing, the next statement that comes out about the next statement is that of Sunil Gavaskar. Good Sunil Gavaskar says that Team India has lost this match due to its mistake. Even if the ground umpire who decides Shinde should be respected and I agree that India's bowling has been the biggest reason for the defeat in this match and Rohit Sharma should think further that you are losing even in the semi-finals. You are neither scoring runs nor playing any captaincy innings in the semi-final match. If it makes your team more weak then do the same thing. Going forward, the next statement that comes out about the next statement is that of Virender Sehwag where Virender Sehwag says that the match with the England team should be done again. This match was put entirely in England's account because of Hum Pyre as there were two or three occasions during the man when Jos Buttler and Alex Hales' wicket had almost fallen. If the umpire was not convinced, he should have gone to the third umpire. What should the poor captain do in such a situation One after the other when shorts are taken and when the umpire does not declare out in front. If the player and you are finished then you have to trust the umpire but if the umpire has done wrong with India here, then do the same thing. Going ahead, the next statement that comes out about the next statement is that of Sachin Tendulkar. Sachin Tendulkar says that Team India still needs to improve and if they want to win in big tournaments then they need to bring more improvement in themselves and play Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya, Surya in big matches. You also have to get used to it. So go ahead and talk about the next statement, which is the next statement. Mahendra Singh Dhoni's birth Mahendra Singh Dhoni has also reprimanded the Indian players, he has roared on them, what is the opinion of all of you now. Regarding the statements of veterans and according to you who is right and who is wrong?
