Jordan wanted Chris’s record to stay as a way to keep his memory alive. LeBron could have potentially held the Record for the most starts in a Row, which is held by Chris Paul with 1,365 Starts in a Row, but in 2007 LeBron Purposely came off the bench because Anderson Varejao was about to play his First NBA game of the 07 season after a 2 month contract hold out. To Help Boost Anderson’s morale, He came off the bench with him at the same time to avoid the Crowd from Booing him. At the time LeBron had 333 starts in a row, had he not purposely snapped it, he would be the record holder not Chris Paul.
