Blackburn took the lead through Bradley Dack who made it two goals in two games. Newcastle equalized via a penalty deep into the match Matt Ritchie the goalscorer. To be honest I felt Rovers were in control of the match, and could find themselves a little bit unlucky not to have made it through to the 4th road proper. Rovers and Newcastle will go again in a replay, and both names for now will go into the hat for the 4th round.
