POSTGAME HIGHLIGHTS - May 9, 2022
The Hershey Bears score a pair of extra attacker goals to force overtime, but Alex Nylander scored in the extra frame to give the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins a 4-3 win in the decisive Game Three of their First Round Playoff Series on Monday night. Brett Leason (1) and Bogdan Trineyev (2) tallied goals for the Bears, while Aidan McDonough found the back of the net in the second straight game for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. Sergei Murashov stopped 16 shots in the losing effort. The best-of-five series now shifts to Hershey for Games Three (Tuesday) and Four (Thursday). If necessary, Game Five will be held in Wilkes-Barre on Saturday, May 9.
