What On Earth Is Going On At Derby County?
In September 2015, lifelong fan and local multimillionaire Mel Morris completed a takeover of Derby County from the club's American owners. In the six years since, Derby have made the Championship play-offs three times - but last season, the club avoided relegation to League One by just a single point under Wayne Rooney, and the Rams are still facing legal action and a transfer embargo from the EFL. In this documentary, HITC Sevens takes a look at a football club famed worldwide for being the worst in the history of the Premier League; at their financial issues, failed takeover attempts, and their war with the English Football League.
