Mickey Moniak enjoying career renaissance with Rockies

Mickey Moniak was supposed to be the next big thing in baseball. The #1 overall pick to the Phillies straight out of high school in the 2016 MLB Draft, the outfielder never turned into the star many expected he would be. After spending time with the Phillies and Angels, he signed with the Rockies right before Opening Day last year. He was oftentimes the lone bright spot in one of the worst seasons in baseball history last year, and now he's building off of his success as the Rockies continue to rebuild.
