AFCON Drama - Referee ends game before time | Tunisia vs Mali

Africa Cup of nations AFCON 2022 is taking place in Cameroon this year. The AFCON 2021 tournament saw drama during the Tunisia vs Mali football match. First the Zambian Janny Sikazwe referee blew the whistle for full time on the 85th minute. He then restarted the game. On the 87th minute he sent off a Mali player. VAR later revealed that it should not have been a red card foul, but the referee rejected the VAR decision. As if that was not enough, he blew the full time whistle again on the 89th minute. There were protests, especially from the Tunisia management.
