In a game sure to have ramifications throughout college basketball, Utah took down powerhouse No. 6 Kentucky by a final of 69-66 in Las Vegas on Wednesday night. The contest came down to the final possession as the Wildcats had two chances at a potentially game-tying three-point shot. But neither would as fall and the Runnin' Utes pulled off an upset for the ages. The victory was Utah's first against a team ranked No. 6 in the AP poll in program history. Timmy Allen led the way for the Runnin' Utes with 25 points and nine rebounds.
