Kelvin Sampson speaks with the media the Houston Cougars' 98-52 home win over the South Florida Bulls. Houston is now 20-3 overall and 13-3 in the American Athletic Conference. Coach Sampson discusses the team's defense in the game; the great ball movement (27 assists and only 5 turnovers); Quentin Grimes 22 points in 13 first half minutes; DeJon Jarreau's growth as a point guard. He also mentions it's now unlikely Houston will add a game to the schedule this week. Coach Sampson also gives a few thoughts on Wichita State's decision to remove the interim label and name Isaac Brown the Head Coach of the Shockers' men's basketball program. Despite everything that's happened this season, Coach Sampson is proud of what this team has accomplished to be 20-3 and playing their best basketball with March around the corner.
