NEC-TV Men's Basketball Highlights - St. Francis (NY) at LIU Brooklyn

NEC Rivalry Week concluded with the second part of the Battle of Brooklyn series between St. Francis (NY) and LIU Brooklyn. After the Blackbirds took the first game at Madison Square Garden, head coach Jim Ferry and his team returned home to the Wellness Center for what would turn out to be one of the most entertaining games of the week. Junior Jamal Olasewere, the Choice Hotels/NEC Co-Player of the Week, dropped a career-high 32 points, 11 of which came on a perfect 11-of-11 outing at the line, and classmate Julian Boyd recorded a double-double with 20 points and 11 boards. For the Terriers, Akeem Johnson scored 23 points and grabbed nine rebounds, and Ben Mockford contributed 14, including three long balls.
