USC beats Texas on final field goal - spontaneous celebration
9/16/17 - USC and Texas are tied in double overtime. A freshman kicker has the job of either winning the game or send it to triple overtime. He already missed one earlier in the evening, but he also made one that sent it to overtime. Oh, and Chase McGrath is also a walk on. This video picks up the action right at the moment of the kick. Watch the jubilant Trojan football team chase Chase around the field. And as they catch up to him, you'll hear the USC Marching Band strike up CONQUEST to seal the evening. And one big pan around the Coliseum to take in the fan reaction. Madness!

From USC vs Stanford - Sept 9, 2017 Performance of opening Fanfare followed by Tribute to Troy then Fight On. One right after the other. Tribute to Troy begins with the drum cadence as the band begins marching onto the field - Fight On begins right after the "Ching, Boom" at the end of Tribute to Troy. You can also tell by the sudden change in pace after the march out is complete. Handheld video interrupted by people getting to seats. Sorry about that. Contrary to urban myths, that's not the mascot out front (that would be Traveler the white horse) nor is he Tommy Trojan (that would be the nickname for the statute on campus) - he's the Drum Major. Yes, I agree, there are better quality videos out there. But this was posted for the benefit of this year's band members who might not otherwise get to see themselves in performance. Fight On!
