The lions screwed up when they fired Jim Caldwell and brought in this clown. Truth is that everyone believes if they get a Bill Belicheck coach or one from the Patriots system that they will become a dynasty, that is just not the case, the Belicheck tree is one of the worst with Brian Flores appearing to be the exception to the rule. Mcdaniels was a solid hire for about half a season in Denver but he collapsed then tried to cheat later on and was fired, Groh was a one proposition while Mangini has a desk for a reason, and that is because he was never sustainable. Also the teams they go to after the Patriots always have to rebuilt once they have been fired. The lions should maybe consider rebuilding which wouldn’t be a new thing for them, not trying to be a jerk just keeping it real.
