Celtics Talk Radio Video Chat 28 Celtics Lose Kyrie Irving for the Season
The Celtics have opted to shut down Kyrie Irving for the season. He had successful surgery to remove the 2 screws he had in his knee and is supposed to be ready for training camp next season. Igor and Danny discuss the Celtics decision to shut him down this year and the negative reaction some people seem to be having to it. Also the NBA playoffs are right around the corner and the Celtics are now locked into the #2 seed in the Eastern Conference but who they will face in round 1 is a battle of 3 teams. Danny and Igor discuss the battle Celtics fans are having with each other when it comes to deciding whether they want to face the Wizards, Bucks or Heat in round 1 and if losing in round 1 would still make this season a successful one due to all the injuries.
