It's not rocket science when it comes to finding effective ways to score on great goaltenders. A popular one is point shots with multiple layers of traffic. These four examples are all from Game Two of the 2021 Stanley Cup Playoffs between the Colorado Avalanche and St. Louis Blues. As goaltenders, it's not an excuse to just say 'I couldn't see the puck, so that's why I didn't stop it.' It's the job of the goaltender to maintain visual attachment on the puck no matter how much traffic forms in front of the net. With that said, you can see by the video the difficulty Blues goaltender Jordan Binnington had in maintaining visual attachment and tracking the puck off of the release.
