NBA Trade Rumors are heating up with the NBA Trade Deadline set for this Thursday, February 6th. A D’Angelo Russell trade to the Timberwolves remains a possibility as Minnesota still wants to acquire the Golden State guard. The Warriors are willing to trade Russell, but won’t settle for an underwhelming offer. The Houston Rockets are shopping Clint Capela according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Houston reportedly wants a center and a wing in return to help bolster its lineup. Robert Covington trade rumors aren’t going away as reports suggest he will get dealt before Thursday’s deadline. Several teams are interested in Covington including the Mavericks, Rockets and 76ers. The Knicks are taking calls on Marcus Morris, but are leaning toward keeping the veteran forward. Morris is set for free agency after this season and the Clippers would like to trade for him. The Cavaliers are shopping Tristan Thompson as well.
