Dick Muir was part of the 2009 Springbok coaching staff with Pieter de Villiers that beat the British and Irish Lions team. It was a physical affair played at the utmost intensity. Craig represented South Africa 18 times in Test matches taking 52 wickets whilst in 56 ODI's matches he took 79 wickets at an average of 25.
