Warrington Town FC VS Halifax Town FC

Warrington Town played Halifax Town on the 20th of October, in the Fourth Qualifying Round of the FA Cup, after knocking out Burscough, Consett and Telford. Warrington was going into the game on the back of a defeat at home to Matlock, but the general form of the team was impressive as this was the first league loss since the opening day. The two sides played out an entertaining match but the final result was a 2-2 draw, with Halifax holding on long enough to earn a home replay, played on the 23rd of October.
