PHILADELPHIA FLYERS: Flyers lose in the shootout 5-4! | 4 GOALS in the 3rd period CANNOT happen!
The Flyers lose tonight in a shootout against the Bruins 5-4. The game was pretty much dominated by the Bruins besides the 2nd period. The Bruins destroyed us in the 3rd period scoring 4 goals which can't happen especially after being up 2 goals heading into the 3rd. JVR scored 2 goals tonight as Voracek assisted on 3, but we only walk away with 1 point in this one. The Flyers play the Bruins again on Saturday for another revenge game and we are not 3-1-1 on the season.

PHILADELPHIA FLYERS: Flyers COMEBACK down 3-0 to BEAT the Penguins 4-3! Giroux comes in CLUTCH!
The Flyers comeback down 3-0 and steal this game from the Pittsburgh Penguins 4-3! Claude Giroux was HUGE in this one scoring twice and also getting an assist in the win. Sean Couturier also had a beautiful power play goal to mount the comeback for the flyguys. The Flyers with this win now are in 3rd place in the Eastern Division and will play the Penguins again Saturday before heading back home against the Capitals for the first time with fans in the stands since March of last year. PHILADELPHIA SIXERS: Joel Embiid DESTROYS Gobert with 40 & 19! Sixers WIN 132-123 in OT!
The Sixers beat the Utah Jazz in comeback fashion late in the 4th quarter with a game tying 3 ball by none other then JOEL EMBIID! Embiid took it to the “defensive player of the year” with a 40 point & 19 rebound game. Tobias Harris was also amazing in OT scoring 11 of his 22 in the OT period. Ben Simmons got it going early in this one finishing with 17 points. The bench also played great Dwight and Shake with 12 each with Furkan adding 8. The Sixers beat down on the Indiana Pacers tonight beating them 130-114. Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid, Shake Milton, and Furkan Korkmaz had it going on tonight. Shake and Furkan were huge off the bench scoring 26 and 19, and Ben and Joel were huge with 24 & 13 from Joel and 18 from Ben. The Flyers from puck drop to final whistle played a great game all around, getting 39 shots on goal, and winning 62% of their faceoffs. Sean Couturier, Shayne Gostisphere, and Scott Laughton all scored in the victory. The Flyers will play the Sabres again tomorrow, Carter Hart will get the start in net for the Flyguys.
