Earlier, the FIFA World Cup venue became the sixth stadium to be completed for the football’s next year’s mega event in Qatar. Rayyan, took the lead courtesy a spot kick that was neatly converted by Yacine Brahimi in the 45th minute. But Al Sadd, the most successful club in the tournament history, returned with a renewed vigour after the half time and were rewarded with an equaliser that also came through spot kick.
