Coach - Mat Stock Goalkeeper - Conor O'Keefe Warm up; Short passing and handling drills Handling; Box footwork with volleys and low saves Dippers; Volley then retreat into goal from a dipper/skimmer Shot-stopping; Verbal cue to touch the pole, then retreat into goal for the save Top corner saves; Strike from the floor on the angle, then thrown top corner service Goalkeeper Sessions is a series dedicated to the training I undertake to improve my ability as a goalkeeper.
