Women's Basketball: (6) Vermont vs. (3) UMBC - America East Quarterfinals Preview

Senior Lauren Buschmann and Head Coach Lori Gear McBride preview the America East Basketball Championships, held at SEFCU Arena at the University at Albany. Vermont is the No. 6 seed and will face No. 3 UMBC at 2 p.m. on Friday (March 8). The game will be broadcast on ESPN3 and can also be heard on WVMT-620 AM and online at SportsJuice.com. Vermont and UMBC split during the regular season with each team winning on their home floor. The Catamounts earned a 63-60 victory over the Retrievers at Patrick Gymnasium on Jan. 12 and dropped a 71-55 decision at UMBC on Feb. 9.
