Aired May 16, 1993 - NBC's Peter Vecsey sat down with a young Shaquille O'Neal to discuss the rookie center's marketing appeal and its influence on his ability to develop as a player. O'Neal, who averaged 23.4 points, 13.9 rebounds, and 3.5 blocks in his inaugural season, was a near unanimous choice for Rookie of the Year, earning 96 of a possible 98 first place votes (the other two went to Charlotte Hornets center Alonzo Mourning).
