Alex Chiasson on Edmonton Oilers' need for secondary scoring

Edmonton Oilers forward Alex Chiasson, who scored two goals in his team’s overtime loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins, says it’s important for an NHL team to get secondary scoring — for the Oilers, that would be beyond the likes of Connor McDavid, Leon Draisaitl and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins. “There’s going to be the night where a big goal is going to come up from someone else, and I think you need that in this league,” Chiasson said after practice on Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018. “You need guys to step up every night.”
