To Catch A Predator: A Nashville Quandary

It feels like yesterday when we all thought the Nashville Predators were Stanley Cup contenders. It also feels like they became an afterthought in that conversation just as fast. Despite their past sheen, the Predators have a combination of long-time issues that have been unsolved and new dilemmas that have emerged. Nashville is in a very tough spot: They still don't want to lose the hope of being playoff contenders, but reality is coldly reminding them that the way their roster is constructed isn't going to do it.
