Wake Forest’s Brandon Childress laments too many turnvoers in NC State loss

Wake Forest guard Brandon Childress says too many careless turnovers -- 19 in total -- contributed to the Deacons’ 91-82 loss to NC State on Saturday adding that, "you cut that in half, you have a different ball game." Childress scored a career-high 30 points, but turnovers remain a concern for the Deacons after committing a season-high 20 turnovers in their loss to Penn State. Childress said the Deacons need to do a better job coming back to the ball against teams like the Pack that press.
