The Vancouver Canucks for the first time in their regular season history hosted their new pacific rivals the Seattle Kraken at Rogers Arena. The Canucks started off strong as Motte scored just 11 seconds into the game. Even after Seattle made it 2-1, Vancouver would come back to score 4 straight and go on to win 5-2 in their first ever matchup at Rogers Arena with the Kraken.
