VAIBHAV SURYAVANSHI’S REAL AGE!!!! #informative #ipl

Vaibhav Suryavanshi has become the youngest centurion in IPL history after scoring a century in just 35 balls at the age of 14. But after this record-breaking achievement, a controversy has erupted over his age. Pakistani cricketer Junaid Khan recently accused him of age fraud, claiming that such a performance is not possible at such a young age. Boxer Vijender Singh also raised questions on social media, asking whether people are now underreporting their age to play cricket. Many social media users are also claiming that Vaibhav is not really 14 years old. However, his father says that BCCI had conducted bone tests on Vaibhav when he was just 8 years old to verify his age — a standard procedure for young cricketers. Vaibhav’s listed date of birth is 27 March 2011, which means he is currently just over 14 years and 1 month old. But in an interview in 2023, Vaibhav had said that he would turn 15 in September, which means neither his birth month is March, nor is he currently 14 years old. However, his father denies these claims and says he is willing to get Vaibhav’s age tested again to prove the truth. And even if we assume that he is not 14, instead of criticizing him, Indian fans should feel proud of a young Indian cricketer’s outstanding performance.

WHAT HAPPENS TO UNSOLD PLAYERS IN IPL AUCTION? #ipl2025 #iplauction

What happens to players who remain unsold in the IPL auction? In the IPL 2025 auction, teams spent nearly ₹640 crore. Over two days, a total of 182 players were bought. Yet, several big players went unsold as no one placed a bid for them. These unsold players included notable names like David Warner, Kane Williamson, and Prithvi Shaw. However, this doesn’t mean they have no chance to play in IPL 2025. If a player gets injured during the IPL, teams can bring in a replacement. But here’s the twist: A replacement can only be a player who had registered for the IPL auction but remained unsold. Additionally, the replacement player’s base price must be lower than the injured player’s price. For example, if a player who was sold for more than ₹2 crore gets injured, someone like David Warner could replace them because his base price in the auction was ₹2 crore.

Arshad Nadeem, born in Khanewal village of Punjab, Pakistan, is the man who won a gold medal for his country, while Neeraj Chopra won silver for India. Arshad’s father earned only 400-500 rupees a day, but he recognized his son’s potential in sports and wanted to give him a better life. Initially, Arshad played cricket, but his coach noticed his talent in javelin throw and encouraged him to pursue it. In 2015, Arshad began training in javelin throw, despite lacking proper facilities and funds. His village supported him by raising money for his training and tournaments. Even just months before the Olympics, Arshad didn’t have a proper javelin to practice with, and he also underwent knee surgery earlier this year. Despite these challenges, he made a record-breaking 92-meter throw at the Olympics, earning Pakistan its first gold medal in 32 years.

WHY THIS OLYMPIC SHOOTER DID NOT WEAR ANY GEAR?? #parisolympics2024 #turkey #olympics #olympics2024

You must have seen this man in the Olympics, who won a silver medal without using any gear. But what was the reason behind not using any gear? This man's name is Yusuf Dikec, and he has also been a part of Turkey's military police. He was part of the 10m Air Pistol event in the Olympics and had participated in the previous four Olympics as well. In the shooting events of the Olympics, players wear visors to block the light coming from the gun, and ear protection and blinders are also used for aiming. But Yusuf Dikec did not use any of these. You see, there is no written rule in the Olympics that players must wear all this gear. And secondly, Yusuf Dikec clearly stated that he did not need this gear and all these things were just distractions for him. He only wore small earplugs, which no one even noticed. Simply, he came without wearing any gear and went on to win Turkey their first medal in Olympic shooting.
