Salty Skybox reviews every single play from every game. In Week 9 2021, these are highlights of the worst calls the officials made...and didn't make. Bad calls that didn't matter for that play were thrown out (declined penalties, offensive holding on a sack etc.). These are the Top 8 worst calls of Week 9 2021. Thanks refs 0:13 Vikings vs Ravens - False start not called on the Kirk Cousins QB sneak for TD 0:58 Cardinals vs 49ers - Arik Armstead called for grasping the helmet when he didn't 2:09 Vikings vs Ravens - Horse collar against Lamar Jackson on 4th down was a legit tackle 2:42 Browns vs Bengals - Sheldon Day hits Joe Burrow after the throw...not late, not low, did not slam to the ground. BAD 3:30 Titans vs Rams - Ridiculously bad Roughing call on Aaron Donald just pushing Ryan Tannehill 4:16 - Bears vs Steelers - Fields hit way late and no flag. Compare this to the two calls right before. WHICH OF THESE 3 IS ROUGHING AND WHICH ISN'T?? 4:58 Bears vs Steelers - The infamous Cassius Marsh taunting. 15 yards without gaining a competitive advantage or doing something that may cause injury. Straight trash 6:06 - Bears vs Steelers. Justin Fields throws TD to Jimmy Graham and Bears get called for the new low block rule against TJ Watt. He was in the TE box. And this is 15 yards not 10 yards like holding. WHY?

Bucs had the ball after the scrum 3 | WFT Punt ruled a touchback after the gunner grabs the ball at the 10 and walks into the endzone 4 | Horse collar called on the Bucs against Antonio Gibson. Not a horse collar 5 | JD McKissic catches a 5 yard pass on the final drive and fumbles out of bounds. Refs rule it incomplete.
