It returns to The K Club for the first time since 2016, when Rory McIlroy famously claimed the title as he eagled the final hole to win by three strokes and earn his first title as a professional golfer. McIlroy returns this week to the place where it all started. He’ll be feeling confident after securing automatic qualification to Luke Donald’s Ryder Cup Team and finished 3T in the TOUR Championship last week. Shane Lowry will also be among the field.
