On this week's Stumped, Alison Mitchell, Charu Sharma and Jim Maxwell are joined by Saad bin Jung, the grandson of Iftikhar Ali Khan Pataudi, who shares his family history and the impact both his grandfather and also uncle, former India captain Mansour Ali Khan ‘Tiger’ Pataudi, had on Indian cricket. Iftikhar is the only player to have competed for England and India, while Mansour captained India at the age of 21, becoming one of the biggest names in the sport despite playing much of his career with impaired vision in his right eye. Also, as The Hundred competition comes to an end, Beth Barret-Wild, the head of the women’s competition at the England and Wales Cricket Board discusses the success of the tournament and whether it’s a template for a women’s Indian Premier League in the future.
