Georgia State came out red hot to start the second half to propel the Panthers to their fourth-straight win and sixth in the last seven games with a 79-63 win over in-state rival Georgia Southern on Thursday night at the GSU Sports Arena. Senior Kane Williams led the Panthers with 21 points going 6-of-9 from the floor and 9-of-10 from the free throw line.
