Jimmy Garopplo had a career high of four TD passes in the 49ers win over the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday Night Football. The addition of Emmanuel Sanders is paying off as he finished the day with 112 yards and a TD. However, Tevin Coleman and the 49ers run game wasn’t the threat is has been. Kyler Murray and the Cardinals drove up the field late in the game to make it a close game but the 49ers explosive offense sealed the deal. Simply put, the Cardinals defense couldn’t get off the field. The 49ers, on the other hand, converted 11 of their 17 third-down opportunities, four of which went for touchdowns. The offense gets an A+ for their effort. 49ers defensive performance wasn’t their sharpest, especially going up against a team that is 21st in total yards per game and 17th in scoring. Richard Sherman voiced his displeasure with the way the D played, but Mott is giving them a hall pass. While the 49ers got the win, it wasn’t without some losses.
