Donovan Mitchell showed the New York Knicks what they could’ve had. With the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse floor shaking and MVP chants reverberating, Mitchell led the Cleveland Cavaliers to a second consecutive fourth-quarter comeback, topping the Knicks, 121-108, Sunday night. The Cavs are 5-1 -- their best start since the 2016-17 season. Mitchell finished with a game-high 38 points on 12 of 20 from the field and 8 of 13 from 3-point range to go with 12 assists, three rebounds and two blocks in 37 minutes. Love scored 29 points off the bench, going 9 of 14 from the field and 8 of 13 from beyond the arc. Dean Wade added a career-high 22 points. Second-year wunderkind Evan Mobley chipped in with 16 points and seven rebounds.
