Southeastern Louisiana 56, Central Connecticut State 10 Reigning Walter Payton Award winner, Cole Kelley, completed 25-33 passes for 444 yards and 4 TDs to lead the SLU Lions to an FCS non-conference road victory over the CCSU Blue Devils. Austin Mitchell (5-116, 1 TD) and C.J. Turner (5-119, 2 TD) led the way on the receiving end. The Lions defense picked off three passes and forced one fumble, while holding the Blue Devils to 290 yards of total offense on 79 snaps.
