Lilly King suggests Russian athletes should have been banned from competing in the Olympics, rather than being able to participate under the Russian Olympic Committee banner. In 2019, the World Anti-Doping Agency banned Russia from all international sporting competitions, including the Olympics, for four years over doping non-compliance.
