In each program's second season in the ACC, SMU and Stanford squared off in the 2026 ACC Women's Golf Championship. In a match play format, the top-seeded and number one-ranked team in the nation, Stanford Cardinal defeated the 2nd-seeded SMU Mustangs, 3-0, with two of the matches going unfinished. Stanford's Meja Ortengren defeated SMU's Grace Jin, 4&3. Magha Ganne got the next point for Stanford by defeating Mackenzie Lee 3&2. Paula Martin Sampedro wrapped up the championship for the Cardinal with a 4&3 win over Emily Odwin. Martin Sampedro was also the winner of the ACC's individual championship. The second-seeded Blue Devils will advance to the semifinals of the ACC Softball Championship after defeating tenth-seeded North Carolina, 16-8. Jessica Oakland had the hot bat with four hits including 2 doubles and 4 RBI for the Blue Devils. Duke scored 6 runs in the 4th and 6th innings to overwhelm the rival Tar Heels. KK Mathis and Gabriella Shadek each notched three hits with Mathis registering 3 RBI. Mathis also had command on the mound as she got the victory to move to 2-0 in the tournament after surrendering only 2 hits and 0 earned runs for the Blue Devils in 1.2 innings pitched. Michele Tarpey and Lexie Roberts combined for 6 hits and the ACC Home Run leader Emily Legette had a 2-run home run blast in the top of the fourth for the Tar Heels. Duke will take on the winner of third-seeded Virginia Tech and sixth-seeded Virginia. The No. 6 seeded Louisville Cardinals outlasted the No. 11 seeded SMU Mustangs, 62-58, in the 2nd round of the 2026 T. Rowe Price ACC Men's Basketball Tournament. Trailing by 1 with just over a minute remaining in their back-and-forth battle with SMU in the 2nd round of the 2026 T. Rowe Price ACC Men's Basketball Tournament, Ryan Conwell put the Cardinals on his shoulders and knocked down a huge three-pointer to give the Cards the lead. Moments later, after a miss by SMU, Conwell found a driving lane and hit a tough layup to give his team a 62-58 lead. Conwell led the team with 16 points while Adrian Wooley added 14, Isaac McKneely scored 10, and J'Vonne Hadley chipped in 9 points in the win. Jaron Pierre Jr. scored all of his team-high 17 points in a wild 2nd half.
On the road in Raleigh, Duke looked like the top team in the nation as they defeated the Wolfpack, 93-64. The win secured the outright ACC regular season championship for Duke. The Blue Devils shot 55.3% from the field while holding NC State to 35.4% shooting. Cameron Boozer finished the game with 26 points, nine rebounds, and three assists. Dame Sarr had 16 points with three made three-pointers and eight rebounds. NC State's Darrion Williams led the Wolfpack with 17 points.
