November 2, 1999 - Detroit Pistons guard Jerry Stackhouse buried a double-pump 3-pointer around Voshon Lenard with 00.5 seconds remaining in his team's opening night matchup with the Miami Heat. Despite Stackhouse's theatrics, the Pistons fell in double overtime, 128-121. These two teams would later meet in the first round of the 2000 NBA playoffs. The series would mark the final time we'd seen Grant Hill in a Pistons uniform. Playing with what was later revealed to be a broken ankle, Hill averaged just 11 points per game in two appearances.
