Ind vs SL Highlights 1st ODI: In the 1st match of the series India was able to beat Sri Lanka by seven wickets taking a 1-0 lead within the arrangement. India chased Sri Lanka's subpar target of 263 with ease as captain Dhawan remained unbeaten on 86, while the likes of Prithvi Shaw and Ishan Kishan chipped in with useful contributions. Earlier Sri Lanka had posted a total of 262/9 in 50 overs. Chamika Karunaratne top-scored for Sri Lanka with 43 runs and both Avishka and Bhanuka showed glimpses of their potential. Sri Lankan captain Dasun Shanaka had won the toss and chose to bat. Strong performances were seen from the Sri Lankan team after the England Series.
