This video demonstrates pranayama and asanas that can be practised on a chair. This video was shot on 21 June 2021, the 7th International Day of Yoga, while conducting an online session on "Chair Yoga in the Office" for the Ministry of Defence. A few portions of the video have been removed to maintain the privacy of the organisation. This sequence can be practised before lunch. You need not have a completely empty stomach but you should not be full either. Footwear should be removed while practising the asanas for the lower body.
