Mets - Yankees Subway Series Postponed Due to COVID
The Mets-Yankees annual tilt has been postponed after two members of the Mets have contracted the Coronavirus, leading to more schedule shifting for Major League Baseball amid the pandemic. The Mets (12-14) were riding a 3-game winning streak before their finale in Miami was postponed due to the virus spread in the clubhouse. The Yankees (17-9) were coming off being swept by the Tampa Bay Rays. Now both teams won't play until at least Tuesday.
