Episode 1 - Talking Baseball with Ray Brown former Kansas City Royals Minor Leaguer

Since 1993, Ray Brown has been the Baseball Development Officer Oceania Region. He has developed baseball coaching and umpire manuals the Oceania Region, developed programs from grassroots to elite development in the Oceania Region and sent players from Oceania who have showed potential to play at various U.S Colleges. Brown also has served as tournament director for Oceania Tournaments and developed standardized rules for conducting tournaments in the region. As a professional scout, Brown has been an associate scout for the Boston Red Sox, Chicago White Sox, Seattle Mariners and Montreal Expos. He has also served as a part time scout for the Los Angeles Dodgers, San Diego Padres and at present holds this position with the Seattle Mariners since 1993. In 2019, Brown joined the Fort McMurray Giants of the Western Major Baseball League as their field manager after serving five seasons in the same role with the Edmonton Prospects. Brown spent four seasons as a player in the Kansas City Royals organization and threw two no hitters in his minor league career including the first perfect game in the California League.
