ISL Highlights - Mumbai City FC vs FC Goa - Match 8 - 25 November
Mumbai City FC registered their first victory of the Indian Super League 2017-18 when they beat FC Goa 2-1 in their second league fixture of the season at the Andheri Sports Complex in Mumbai. Mumbai took the lead when Everton dos Santos took advantage of some sloppy play by FC Goa goalkeeper Laxmikant Kattimani in the second half. However, Manuel Arana equalised for the visitors and the spoils were going to be shared but for Thiago dos Santos’ late winner just minutes later.

After the break, Ferran Corominas gave Goa the lead early in the second half then doubled it almost immediately. He then completed his hat-trick just minutes later to give the home side a well-deserved victory.

FC Pune City beat Mumbai City FC 2-1 in a tightly contested Maharashtra derby in Pune. Balwant Singh gave Mumbai an early lead and Mumbai defended well for most of the game, keeping the home side at bay. However, Raju Gaikwad gave away a penalty in the 73rd minute which Emiliano Alfaro duly converted.
