🏆 Sejr i lokal opgør! 🏆 Onsdag aften i Ballerup Super Arena var der kamp imod naboerne fra Værløse Blue Hawks. En sejr til begge hold ville give en markant position i førstepladsen om Pro B, hvor af der restere få interne kampe. Vinterferie er intet problem for Basketglade Ballerup, 907 tilskuere var mødt frem og var i festligt humør. Yousee Ballerup, Cykelstyrken Skovlunde, Nordea Ballerup støttede flot op om dagens arrangement med flotte præmier til konkurrencerne. Starten af kampen er i Wolfpack favør og kommer hurtigt foran 8-2 med dominans af Deionte Simmons under kurven. Værløse Blue Hawks kommer stærkt igen af hårdt arbejdende Victor Hjorth og selv om Wolfpack svarer igen ender det med en periodeføring til Blue Hawks 16-18 2 periode start præges med skiftende føringer, fra Wolfpack er Aleksandar Nedic & Jesper Sandager dygtige til at søge kurven, mens Nikolaj Bank fra Værløse Blue Hawk gør det godt udefra. Wolfpack når at slå et hul på 11 point, men mister fokus mod halvleg og har en snæver føring på 42-39 I 3 periode tager Wolfpack virkelig fat, specielt i forsvaret skal der roses for en stor holdindsats hvor af Værløse holdes på 13 point. Specielt Mathias Seilund har rigtig mange gode aktioner og hustleplays, samt anfører Andreas Meilby med storspil på rebounden & 3 pointsscoring mod pausen (13-20) 62-52 Starten på den sidste periode er meget lige den forige med flot Wolfpack dominans, men efter 3 minutter får Værløse fat i spillet hvor af de efterfølgende 5 minutter vindes med 6-14 efter rigtig flot spil af Mathias Bak og pludselig er Wolfpack kun foran med 3 point. Derfra tager Austin Waddoups lederskab og med steals og hustlespil slår Wolfpack det afgørende hul for sejren og vinder 84-74. A victory for both teams would have given a significant position in the first place on Pro B. Winter holiday was not a problem for Basketglade Ballerup, almost 1000 spectators were present and were in a festive mood. Yousee Ballerup, the Cycle Force Skovlunde, Nordea Ballerup supported the event with great prizes for the competitions. The start of the match was in Wolfpack's favor and quickly , Wolfpack came ahead of 8-2 with the dominance of Deionte Simmons under the basket. Værløse Blue Hawks comes back strongly from hard-working Victor Hjorth and even though Wolfpack responds again it ends with a period instruction for Blue Hawks 16-18 The second period was characterized by changing directions, from Wolfpack. Aleksandar Nedic & Jesper Sandager were good at searching the basket, while Nikolaj Bank from Værløse Blue Hawk did well from the outside. Værløse was leaded by 13 points. After 3 minutes Værløse gets hold of the game where of the following 5 minutes is won with 6-14 after really nice game by Mathias Bak and suddenly Wolfpack is only ahead with 3 point. From there, Austin Waddoup's took the leadership, and with steals and hustles, Wolfpack beated the decisive hole for victory and won 84-74.
