Manchester United are one of the biggest clubs in the world and have been one of the most successful English clubs in the 21st century but the club are going through turmoil since Sir Alex Ferguson left the club in 2013. Erik Ten Haag is their sixth permanent manager since Fergie left and the club are set to miss out on Champions League football and go trophy-less once again. But what is the problem with Man Utd? To discuss the mess Man Utd have got themselves in, is Chelsea fan @RoryJenningsFootball , Man City supporter Steven McInerney from @EsteemedKompany and suffering Man Utd fan Flex of @UnitedViewTV. Transfer business has been questionable at best at Old Trafford in recent times. Too many players have seemingly been brought in for their commercial value as opposed to what they can bring on the pitch. Flex is ready for the transfer revolving door to start spinning, and moving at least six or seven players on, including Paul Pogba and Edinson Cavani. The problems also extends to board level, where the owners are taking money out the club, and recklessly spending it on players who are not up to Man Utd’s lofty standards. Is a full clear out needed? Rory makes the point that United managers have been backed by the Glazers, so are they the really the issue at the club? Erik Ten Hag has been appointed to try and change United’s fortunes, but there is a feeling that he is boarding a sinking ship. Patience hasn’t been a virtue at Man United since Sir Alex Ferguson left, and a new name to the club may spell disaster before he has even begun. What do you think is the key factor behind Man Utd’s downfall? How many players do Man Utd need to sell, and how many do they need to bring in? Is Ten Hag the man to turn things around? Tottenham Hotspur's rollercoaster season continues, after crashing out the FA Cup they go and destroy Everton 5-0, with a Harry Kane masterclass. When Antonio Conte’s tactics work, Spurs look exceptional, but when they lose, Conte's temper tantrums are becoming embarrassing. This week’s debate hinges on one question: will Antonio Conte be worth the hassle? Spurs’ have had an up and down season but are only three points off fourth spot including a win against league leaders Man City but suffered embarrassing losses to Burnley and Southampton. Based on recent form, will Spurs kick on and qualify for the Champions League or will they fall short again? Chelsea fan @RoryJenningsFootball and Manchester United supporter Flex from @UnitedViewTV discuss Antonio Conte’s recent outbursts and whether they are worth it for his world class managerial skills. Rory and Flex get philosophical and discuss whether 'Conte-ism' can overcome 'Spursy-ness' and challenge which ideology will prevail for the Lilywhites this season... Flex thinks Spurs may mess it up, like history tells us... but Rory believes Conte-ball may prevail with deadly duo in Harry Kane and Heung-min Son at his mercy and Christian Romero back in the side they're beginning to look more solid defensively. What do you think - will Spurs reach top four? Are Conte’s outburst childish or genius? Is he worth the hassle? Let us know in the COMMENTS and don't forget to SUBSCRIBE for weekly content!
