It's looking like we're on the brink of a Ben Simmons trade. The Philadelphia 76ers have been reportedly taking calls for trade proposals around the former no. 1 overall pick. What does Ben Simmons really want to be? A superstar? A champion? Best player in the league? I don't know his aspirations or goals but the narrative around him not being able to do those things unless he's able to develop a jump shot just got debunked by Giannis Antetokounmpo. Giannis ascended and turned into the dominant force he's been trying to become, which we always see in a star's journey to their first title.
