The Silkmen suffered a two-nil reversal in the Cheshire derby at Gresty Road yesterday, as two first half strikes handed Crewe Alexandra maximum points. Chris Porter opened the scoring for the hosts in the eleventh minute, when he converted from the penalty spot and Middlesbrough-loanee Stephen Walker added a second ten minutes before the interval.
